Sesame Cookies With Tahini

Felt like baking  again today and made yummy sesame cookies this time.
They are so good!
I enjoyed them with a glass of green tea and have to hold myself not to eat them all. haha.....
They are so easy to make and are great for gifting, just as the almond cookies I made the other day.

1/4 cup sugar
1.4 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder

Mix the egg with 2 tablespoons of water and set aside.
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl mix tahini, honey, egg and oil. Add the dry ingredients and form a dough.
(add a bit water if the dough is to dry)

Pre-heat your oven to 350F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll small balls with the dough and press them a bit to flatten them. Dip them in sesame seeds, place them on your baking sheet and bake them for about 20 minutes.
Let them cool.
